Complete your purchase using our fast and efficient e-commerce system.

Make your order(s) by filling in the interested product sheet, choosing in size, fabrics and colours.
Once you finished your selection, click the “add to basket” button.
To conclude the action, please proceed clicking the “checkout” button.
Decide to sign-in as a Professionaltutu registered member or to continue shopping as a guest user.

To help you in taking body measures, please use the link to our tutorial table that you find in each product page. Keep in mind that all measurements should be taken in centimetres.

Payments and Costs

Prices, as indicated in each product pages, include shipping costs and custom duties but do not include any national or local import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (e.g. VAT).
Every order can be concluded through online paying via bank transfer or PayPal. You can decide the payment method at the end of the order procedure.
When you have made your sign-in choice, you will complete a series of forms with your billing, shipping and payment information.
A confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction and an email version of this summary will be promptly sent to the email address you provide.

Delivery Methods & Times

All orders are delivered by DHL services.
Production and delivery timing is indicated in each product page and is generally estimated around three weeks after processing the order.
As all our products are handmade, some products may take longer. In case of longer delivery times, you will be promptly informed via e-mail and costumers are free to decide to confirm or cancel the requested order.

If your order is urgent, please contact us via email, or live chat, and we will inform you about feasibility of the request.


Since our tutus, ballet costumes and leotards are custom-made to fit each dancer’s measurements, fabrics and colours choices, no returns are accepted unless the product is damaged, faulty or not compliant with the order in colours or fabrics.
Damaged or non-compliant items must be reported via email within fifteen days since delivery, specifying the nature of the detected defect. In all cases, the items must be returned in their original conditions including labels and related packaging.
Remember to retain a proof of postage receipt until you’ve been credited for your return. Please note that we are unable to assist you if you have not retained proof of postage. Professionaltutu is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we receive the product(s) back and verify the claimed damage, we will initiate refund procedure for the entire amount or offer the possibility to replace the purchased item(s).
The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. It may take 5 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your PayPal or bank account. For the latter option, it is necessary to communicate in advance your bank details via e-mail to:
